Modern Slavery Statement for TymeTrek.com

Last Updated: March 28, 2025

This statement is published in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Schot Ltd (trading as TymeTrek) has taken and continues to take to ensure modern slavery or human trafficking is not occurring within our business or supply chains.

Organisational Structure, Business, and Supply Chains

Schot Ltd is a UK-based single-person limited company trading as TymeTrek, providing a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to simplify and streamline time logging and management processes for businesses. Our supply chain predominantly consists of technology providers and services, including GitHub for code hosting and collaboration, Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure hosting, and Intruder.io for cybersecurity scanning and vulnerability management.

Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

TymeTrek is firmly committed to ethical business practices and has zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking. Although a small enterprise, we maintain a clear policy affirming this commitment and expect our suppliers and partners to uphold similar standards.

Due Diligence Processes

Given our small size and direct management structure, TymeTrek maintains close oversight of all business operations. We regularly review our direct suppliers, such as GitHub and AWS, to ensure they publish statements or certifications demonstrating their compliance with modern slavery legislation and human rights standards.

While Intruder.io does not currently publish a modern slavery statement, we continue to monitor their publicly available policies and ethical commitments. We maintain an open channel of communication and encourage the publication of formal statements where appropriate.

Risk Assessment and Management

We recognise the relatively low risk within our immediate business activities due to the digital and professional nature of our operations. However, potential risks may exist indirectly within supply chains. To manage this, TymeTrek ensures that our key suppliers maintain robust anti-slavery policies and demonstrate active compliance through publicly available modern slavery statements and ethical business certifications where available.

Measuring Effectiveness

Our effectiveness in ensuring modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains is evaluated by the following indicators:

  • Annual review and confirmation of suppliers' modern slavery statements and ethical certifications, where available.
  • Monitoring for ethical policies from suppliers who do not currently publish formal modern slavery statements.
  • Immediate actions taken upon any discovery or suspicion of modern slavery within the supply chain.

To date, we have identified no instances or concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or supply chain.

Training and Capacity Building

As a single-person entity, ongoing awareness and education about modern slavery risks and best practices are maintained through regular review of relevant resources and guidance provided by government and industry sources.

Commitment and Approval

Schot Ltd t/a TymeTrek remains dedicated to continually improving our practices and awareness concerning modern slavery. This statement has been approved and authorised by:
